Answer: The material is a hard, card-like shell covered in a soft flock-like material. Lovely. -

Answer: It's hard card with a felt covering and velcro to keep the sides up. -

What head size does it fit?
Answer: It fitted both myself and a friend, we are very different heights and dress sizes. There is a right way to wear it as it is a proper hat shape. Very good value for the money. -
