It has a good projection of sound for its size and the electronics and pickup in the guitar work well. The build quality and appearance is excellent, although it is a plywood guitar made in China. The acoustic sound quality is limited due to its size, materials, and scale length, but it plays easily and intonation is good. The guitar goes out of tune fairly easily, but this is related to the guitar "warming" as it is being played. Plugged in, the sound is controlled by whatever amp/PA system is used. The pickup controls on the guitar are basic, but work well. The guitar comes with a nice gig bag and is perfect for those on a budget or with small hands. However, do not expect the sound quality to equal the ad copy and some reviewers did receive damaged or defective guitars.
