Answer: The best way to sharpen hedge trimmers and other like equipment is with a Dremel tool with their 453 5/32 grinding tool. Just grind each face of the cutting surface. -

Answer: More voltage should mean more powerful cutting, but only if the motor is upgraded. The 40V charger does not provide more power. -
