The Stanbroil Melting Dome & Grill Press Kit is an essential set for any BBQ enthusiast. The stainless steel basting cover dome is a great tool for melting cheese or keeping food warm while the grill press is perfect for flattening burgers or cooking bacon. The rectangular shape fits flat top griddles much better than round dome covers. It is easy to assemble, but some customers feel that it is not super sturdy. Nonetheless, it is better than most 12" round domes in the market. You can use it to grill six large burger patties at a time. Overall, the kit is well worth the money, and it works great for the Blackstone grill. The only issue is that you have to be careful when cleaning it since the rolled edge traps water and grease. One customer had an issue with the press rusting after being washed in a dishwasher. The kit is versatile and can be used both indoors and outdoors.
