- The specially developed bimodal bonding layer made of a combination of different types of rubber ensures an exceptionally high initial adhesion (Green Tack) and structural strength to the tire. The improved plastic properties of the bimodal bonding layer ensure the highest adhesion values and thus the best possible quality for a durable tire repair.
- Due to our fully-integrated blue bonding layer, REMA TIP TOP bias-ply repair units are suitable for use with all current vulcanizing systems. For best results, always select the corresponding REMA TIP TOP Stem insert unit, carbide cutter and Special Cement BL (non flammable) or Special Blue Cement (flammable) for a permanent, reliable repair.
- Universally applicable nylon cord reinforced repair patch for permanently repairing bias ply tires of all sizes- especially suitable against tread or shoulder damage
- High initial adhesion during application (Green Tack): The requirements of ECE-R 108/109 are met and even exceeded. Designed to meet the demanding requirements of tire repairers, retreaders and fleets and suitable for very demanding applications on all tire types of rear farm tractor tires.
