It has a left hand that can be moved and looks very realistic to babies. However, it's important to note that this doll is not designed to breathe or be bathed. Customer reception of the product is somewhat mixed or divisive. Some just found the doll pretty and fantastic, but on the other hand, there were those who were disappointed with the product they received. Although the majority of the customers seem to have been satisfied with the product, a number of customers were disappointed with the quality of the doll, with some claiming it was not worth the value.
