Answer: No they don’t flatten, I wear them at my desk job for 10 hours a day and they hold shape, the pads are comfortable to sit on so they nice for traveling -

Answer: Nope! Medium will do (depending on the size of yer butt, lol and, obviously your front 'appendage'). If you are well endowed then a large, but an x-large would need a VERY big butt and front you-know-what! -

I assume none of these will fit for someone with a 40 inch waist?
Answer: The biggest fit measurements of this style is 38 inch waist. Sorry but we can't help you with this style. Anyway, we will have new style in the next month and have big size fit 40 inch waist. Keep in touch with us.
