Timber Tuff Spare & Replacement Parts TMB-13DS Editorial Review

The Timber Tuff 13" Draw Shave Tool is a decent quality drawknife that is perfect for debarking large logs before cutting them on a band sawmill. While it may not be the highest quality for fine woodworking, it is sturdy and has a sharp enough blade. However, some customers complain about the blade not being well ground, and a few hours of resurfacing the concave blade were necessary before anything was accomplished. Additionally, some customers recommend investing in honing tools for this tool before first use. It is a good value for the price and has several happy customers who recommend it for the purpose of debarking logs. Overall, it seems like a good tool to have in your arsenal of woodworking tools.
