The input lag for both models range from 50ms-52ms. The projector can produce a 120" (16x9) image at a distance between 13-15.3 feet and has six selectable aspect ratios. There were some concerns from a reviewer who had been using this projector for more than a year, as the remote stopped working, but the customer service offered a free repair. However, sometimes, the screen display was suboptimal. There was an indication of light bleed on the edge of the screen that which has been improved in the new model TK800M. Overall, the BenQ TK800 4K UHD HDR Home Theater Projector is a good purchase for customers who need bright and accurate colour but may not be ideal for those who want a pitch-black viewing room or for gaming.
