The Werner AH2510 25X54X120 Un Attic Stair is a sturdy replacement for older wooden attic ladders. Installation may be a bit challenging, as it is recommended to have two people to secure the ladder and install the lag screws. The ladder is made of low-quality material compared to older models, but it does the job. The ladder comes with a handrail at the top, providing safety and comfort when accessing the roof. However, the ladder rungs at the top are immediately on top of the board, which may make it difficult to find a foothold. The ladder fits ceiling heights from 7 feet 8 inches to 10 feet 3 inches, so it may not be suitable for ceilings higher than that. Overall, the ladder is a major improvement over older models and is worth the effort of installation.
