- ◆◆The surface hardness of sand mould is scored as:A,B, C, three models, of which:B Type: applicable to manual or mechanical low and medium pressure molding of fine, coarse sand (core) surface hardness test.
- ◆◆It is used to determine the surface hardness of wet mold sand (core), and provide technical parameters for developing molding process.
- ◆◆According to the principle that the force of the spring is linear with the stroke, the distance of the stroke is expressed by the surface pointer through the transmission of a set of gears and racks.
- ◆◆A.Sand surface hardness testerBThe unit of type is (g/mm2), but is customarily not expressed in units but is expressed in hardness. Because their quantity values are related and consistent, the values of hardness are large when the unit value is large (g/mm2).
