The heating elements work very well and the jacket keeps the wearer warm on cold and damp days. The battery is located at the back and distributes weight better than previous models with the battery in the pocket. There are three different heat levels and the jacket can also be used to charge a phone while heating. The jacket can be machine washed but the battery must be removed before washing.
