Question:
Can the light be rotated 180 degrees in the housing for pendant mounting?
Answer: No, it cannot. -
Question:
Are they both high and low beam lights? Are they bright?
Answer: Yes, they are High and Low beams, and yes they are very bright. -
Question:
How do you switch modes? Is there 2 positive wires?
Answer: Yes, 2 positive wires, one for the low/flood one for high/beam. If you want both on, both need to be powered. There is a single negative wire. -
Question:
Did you wire them into headlight? Or separate switch?
Answer: I wired them into the fog lights, but only low mode. You can do the option of dual-beam as well if you tie the two together. The only way to switch through just low and high is to add a three-way switch. -
Question:
Would a wiring harness be needed, or can one use the existing harness on UTV? How are the high and low beams switched if a new harness is needed?
Answer: These claim 36 watts, which is equal or lower than most UTV/ATV headlights, so they should operate on stock wiring. If you are going to run these as well as headlights simultaneously or other high-demand items on the same circuit, a relay would be a good idea though.
