It works best on MacOS with the Crucial P3 SSD providing great performance. The performance is not as strong on Windows but is still adequate. Users should note that the enclosure maxes out at 4TB NVMe SSD and that the cable may not support 40Gbps speed. The design does not use screws to hold down the SSD like other enclosures, but the rubber plug is easy enough to install.
