To ensure safe usage and to maximize the longevity of the motor, it is important to follow a few guidelines. Before connecting the motor to any related devices, make sure all wires and joints are well insulated to avoid short circuits.
Additionally, keep the motor and other electronic components away from water, oil, fuel, or any other electro-conductive liquids to prevent damage. It is crucial to read through the manuals of all power devices and chassis to ensure a rational power configuration before using this motor. When using the motor without the pinion gear mounted, it is recommended to avoid applying full throttle as high RPMs may potentially damage the motor under no-load circumstances. To avoid overheating and possible damage to the product, limit the soldering time to 5 seconds when soldering the motor wires. It is also advisable to stop using the motor if the casing exceeds 100°C/212°F, as high temperatures can demagnetize the rotor and cause damage.
