Although the installation is straightforward and clean, it seems that there is a possibility of receiving the wrong voltage system, causing confusion and additional expenses. Once the unit is up and running, customers might notice that the fan never shuts off after the desired temperature is reached, which can be seen as a poor design flaw. While some customers might find this an advantage, the fact that the fan runs 24/7 can be a waste of energy, affecting savings during long periods of disuse, such as going on vacation. Finally, customers have reported poor customer service from the manufacturer, who failed to answer questions correctly and took three months to replace a remote controller which was eleven degrees off from the actual temperature. Despite these issues, the unit appears to cool and heat the space effectively.
