It has a solid base and rubber suction that holds the bottles securely. It also has a good tight seal that prevents leaking. However, the product is poorly made with some crucial parts made of weak plastic. Some reviewers have reported that it is not sturdy and it is almost impossible to dispense without holding onto it. It also leans to one side no matter which way you rotate the bottles. Cleaning the dispenser is possible with soap and hot water, a straw washing brush, and a dish towel. You can remove the bottle gasket from the inlet stem of the dispenser inlet and soak it and the dispenser in soap and hot water. Despite the product's issues, it has received some positive reviews from satisfied customers who have found it stable, functional, and the best buy they've made in a while.
