This aluminum frame is compatible only with Samsung Frame TV, and the full frame's cost varies depending on the size of the TV. It is easy to install this frame on the TV, and clear instructions are included in the package, but a video with an over the shoulder view would improve the installation experience. The package could be better cushioned to prevent scratches during shipping. Some customers stated they were missing parts when they received the product. Customer service was responsive, and they sent the needed hardware promptly. However, some customers stated they received no response from customer service. The frame covers up the motion and light detection sensor, but the SRS-2 is now available as an external sensor that allows the Night Mode and Sleep After settings to function.
