The pillowcase comes with an envelope enclosure to keep it securely on the pillow. The pillowcase is best washed by hand, in cool to warm water, using a detergent for delicate materials, and should not be used with bleach, sanitizer, or softeners. The pillowcase is self-cleaning and requires washing about once every two weeks. The pillowcase comes in various shades, including white, cool grey and taupe. Some customers reported issues with color accuracy and holes in the product.
