Nutritionist's Take
Kirkman's Mycelized Vitamin A Liquid provides a bioavailable form of Vitamin A, which is essential for maintaining healthy vision, skin, and immune function. The mycelized formulation may enhance absorption, making it beneficial for those with absorption issues. Its hypoallergenic nature makes it suitable for individuals with sensitivities or allergies, allowing a wider audience to benefit from its nutritional properties. However, potential drawbacks include the need for careful dosing, as excessive Vitamin A intake can lead to toxicity. Additionally, while the product is promoted for immune health support, scientific backing for mycelized Vitamin A specifically may be limited. Overall, this liquid supplement can be a healthy choice for individuals seeking to boost their Vitamin A intake, especially if they have dietary restrictions. It is advisable to consult a healthcare professional before starting any new supplements.
Kirkman Multivitamins Editorial Review
Kirkman's Micellized Vitamin A liquid drops are a great option for those looking for a water-soluble vitamin supplement. Although customers have reported that the taste can be unpleasant, it is suggested that this can be easily masked by adding drops to a food or liquid. The packaging lacks a seal around the cap, which some customers have found to be an issue while storing the product. However, the company has stated that they plan to include a seal on future products. The product has a suggested serving size of one drop per day, with there being 5,025 IU of Vitamin A per serving. It is worth noting that a customer has reported that they take six drops per day.
