Rhythm Tech Mounted Tambourines RT7420 Editorial Review
**Editorial Review of the Rhythm Tech The Hat Trick G2 Double Row Brass Jingles (RT7423)** The Rhythm Tech The Hat Trick G2 Double Row Brass Jingles has garnered a commendable reception among drummers, especially those looking to enhance their sound without necessitating additional hardware for a tambourine. Many users appreciate the effortless integration it offers with hi-hats, emphasizing its compact size and the crisp sound it produces, which can notably cut through mixes in a pop/rock setting. Drummers have praised the jingles for their delightful brightness and loudness when struck, describing how it enriches the overall texture of the hi-hat's "chick." For many, this product adds a new dimension to their drumming, especially when playing known hits from bands like U2. The quick-release feature is highlighted as a major advantage, allowing drummers to attach and detach the accessory swiftly during live performances. However, some users have mentioned compatibility issues with drop lock clutches, as the apparatus tends to slide down the hi-hat post under certain conditions. While a few reviewers experienced difficulty with volume levels, this was not the common Consensus. For the majority, the sound was Considered satisfactory, albeit not overwhelmingly loud when used alone. Collaborative setups with other tambourines were suggested by those needing a fuller sound, indicating that pairing could effectively overcome volume challenges. Overall, the Rhythm Tech G2 tambourine presents a solid and affordable addition to any drummer's kit, with most users recommending it for its unique sound enhancement and ease of use, despite some minor drawbacks regarding secure attachment. **
