Answer: This kit is for the Taurus 2.2. We offer the 1024 for the Taurus 3 which also includes a face shield and is sold separately. -

Will it fit Traus2?
Answer: The Mega Blade will not fit the Taurus 2. The other blades work fine. -
Question:
The description states 'standard' blade, yet the photo shown is the 'mega' blade. Would you please specify which blade this listing is actually for?
Answer: My Taurus replacement kit came with the standard blade, the same blade that came installed on my Taurus ring saw. -
Question:
Is this kit compatible with the Gryphon Zephyr saw?
Answer: The Gemini Taurus and Gryphon Zephyr have completely different parts in both sizes and manufacturer. Each has a proprietary kit and won't work with another saw. -
Question:
Can you cut bottoms of bottles off?
Answer: The Taurus Series of saws do not have the vertical clearance to cut the end of a bottle off. However Gemini's Apollo Series DOES have the clearance and can cut the ends of bottles, and we have even cut bottles in half, lengthwise. -
Question:
Do the little red gears come with the Taurus 3 stabilizer as illustrated?
Answer: It comes with everything shown in this photo, including those 2 red grommets. -
Question:
What is the grit of the standard blade?
Answer: There really isn't a 'grit' per se as it's a saw. It's fairly fine, and if you get good enough at cutting there may be no need for grinding. This cuts through glass just great, and it's a round blade, so you can cut in more than one direction. -
Question:
What are the dimensions of this belt?
Answer: Doesn't look like it to me. I measure mine closer to 3/8 wide, 1/8 thick and close to 40 inches long. -
Question:
My ring continually pops off, will this correct that issue?
Answer: That sounds like you may have a worn grommet. Have you watched their video on maintaining the saw? Well worth it and even somewhat entertaining. The stabilizer helps you from pushing the blade in different directions.
