Nutritionist's Take
Lubegard 19260 Assemblee Goo is a product designed primarily for mechanical applications, and not for human consumption or nutritional purposes. As a lubricant, it serves to reduce friction in automotive and machinery contexts, which is crucial for equipment maintenance. However, it does not have any nutritional benefits and is not suitable for dietary needs. The ingredients, while effective for lubrication, do not meet food-grade safety standards, posing potential health hazards if ingested. Overall, this product should not be considered a healthy choice from a nutritional standpoint, as it is not intended for any dietary consumption. Therefore, consumers should be aware that its use is strictly limited to mechanical applications, and care should be taken to ensure it is kept away from food or dietary use.
Lubegard All-Purpose Cleaners 19260 Editorial Review
The Lubegard 19260 Assemblee Goo is a light tack lubricant that is designed for assembly purposes. It is commonly used during the rebuilding of various automotive components such as transmission, power steering pumps, and vacuum pumps. Customers have found this product to be effective in holding seal rings in place and lubricating clutch piston seals and seal rings. It is important to note that users recommend using the recommended fluid or lubricant when working on valve bodies. The Lubegard 19260 Assemblee Goo is available in two colors - blue and green. The choice between the two colors depends on the temperature in the user's area. Blue is recommended for colder climates or winter, while green is recommended for hotter climates. Additionally, customers have used this lubricant on slip yokes and O-ring connections in A/C and cooling systems, with the requirement of pulling a vacuum afterward to remove non-condensables. However, it is not recommended to use this product for food manufacturing equipment as it is not a food-grade lubricant. Overall, customers have had a positive experience with the Lubegard 19260 Assemblee Goo. It is easy to work with, has the right level of tackiness, and dissolves into the automatic transmission fluid without altering its color.
