The Musiclily Blank Guitar Bass Pickguard Material Scratch Plate is a versatile material that allows customers to create their own custom pickguards for Fender Stratocaster Telecaster Custom. Customers recommend using a jig saw with a metal cutting blade and sheet metal cutter hand tools to cut and trim the material. The material does not come with adhesive backing as it is not needed for electric guitars. The 3-ply Black comes with a glossy surface while the 4-ply red tortoise is not a ply but a thin plastic film printed with a tortoise pattern stuck on top of 3 ply white/black/white. The material is of high quality, and the protective layers keep the guard from getting scratched during installation. The product has fast delivery and is affordable.
