  • Question: How long does the battery last on a full charge?

    Answer: In high light mode, it lasts for 8-10 hours; in low light mode, it can last for at least 12 hours.
  • Question: Can these lights withstand rain and extreme weather?

    Answer: Yes, the IP65 waterproof rating makes them suitable for all weather conditions.
  • Question: Is installation complicated?

    Answer: No, the lights come with easy 2-in-1 installation options: either stake into the ground or mount on the wall.
  • Question: Where can I find replacement batteries?

    Answer: So far, and I have had solar lights for a few years, I have never had to get new batteries for any of my solar lights.
  • Question: How many hours of light will it give when it's fully charged?

    Answer: It can light up to 8-10 hours after it's fully charged (at Low light mode). And it can light up to 4-6 hours after it's fully charged (at High light mode).
  • Question: Where can I buy the batteries for replacement? (It was working for 4 months and now stopped working). It is kept at direct sunlight.

    Answer: I've been everywhere except batteries plus, try there. I emailed the company and they told me they had no batteries But, they sent me 2 new lights! Mine lasted over a year but I'd still like batteries for the future.
  • Question: Do these light charge up on cloudy and rainy days?

    Answer: These lights are on the yard of a house in Arizona so limited cloudy days. On the few we have had they have worked fine, maybe since UV light penetrates clouds moderately well (why you can get sunburn on a cloudy day). Some of these lights are now about 4 years old and work great, leading me to preferentially buy them as I have never had photovoltaic lights that work this well or last this long. Duds very rare too. Wouldn't guarantee them working so well in Alaska in the winter but these are so good that I suspect only wired lights would work better. Not always thrilled with Chinese electrical stuff but these are impressive, comparable to Anker gear for computers.
  • Question: After 9 months of service, one of my lights started flashing. Any idea what would cause this to happen?

    Answer: These lights are terrible, I purchased eight of them and 6 of them stopped working in 2 months.
