Answer: By description, it works on generally any newer tour pack Harley makes starting roughly around 2014, I think. I myself purchased the black over chrome, but Harley installed it with no issues. -

Instructions for luggage rack mounting
Answer: There are no instructions included and no template. You have to position it on the trunk lid, measuring carefully, then draw circles around the posts so you know where to drill holes. We used a line of masking tape under the posts for drawing & drilling. -
Question:
Does this have the useless drain holes in the rear ?
Answer: There are no drain holes in the one I received.
