YAMAHA Tachometers Editorial Review
The Yamaha OEM Deluxe Hour Meter and Tachometer gauges are a great replacement for an OEM, with a factory look, it is easy to install, and the tach and hour meter work as they should. It comes with an orange backlight. The hour meter shows only full hours and does not show tenths of an hour. One user said that the wiring diagram could have been included on the package. The Yamaha OEM Deluxe Hour Meter and Tachometer gauges do not work for some users, maybe due to compatibility issues that Yamaha could not clearly explain. The product is quite expensive. The Trim and Oil meter does not work seamlessly with a high thrust kicker but shows full up trim, which is not ideal.
