It connects wireless with a controller, but unfortunately, you can't use the mic on your headset, just the attached mic that comes with the adapter. However, the mic is sensitive and might pick up unwanted noises. The adapter works with all original Xbox one/X/S controller or a controller which have 3.5mm jack like the Elite 2 controller. One issue is the fragility of the device as it tends to break easily within a few months of usage. In addition, it lags by two seconds in some games, which could be annoying for gamers. Unfortunately, the customer support is not very reliable as some customers have a hard time connecting the device, and the manufacturer does not offer a return option. However, some have received great customer service and have had their malfunctioning devices replaced. Overall, the product does what it claims to do, offers a no-cord solution to gaming, and can work with Samsung galaxy buds.
