Some have reported that the unit works as expected and has held up for years, with one customer using it seven to eight times a day for the past year and a half without any issues. However, others have reported receiving a faulty unit, with hair clippings inside, and no power or DOA upon receiving the sterilizer. There were also some concerns about the lack of instructions, stains, and fingerprints on some products. Hence, customers should exercise caution and inspect the unit's functionality immediately.
