How often do you have to change the battery and how much notice you get?
Answer: We have had them for almost 3 years and only had to changed batteries once about 3-5 months ago. We love this lock. It all has to do with how much usage the lock is used. Our usage is medium to a little below medium usage. Hope that answers your question. 👍😉 -

Answer: I think you can program up to 10 different codes. -

Is this waterproof? Can it be used outdoors?
Answer: It is made to be used on exterior doors, so yes it is water/weather resistant. But technically not "waterproof" as technically you cannot submerge it in water.
