The Bohn All-Season Adventure Armored Riding Pants are an excellent product for protecting the legs during motorcycle rides. Although the tights themselves are made of a thin lycra material, the pads inserted in the tights are tough and can protect major contact points from impact and abrasion in case of a crash. However, for maximum protection, it is recommended to wear Kevlar lined jeans over them or abrasion-resistant motorcycle pants. The pants are comfortable and can be worn throughout the day without any problem. The pants do not contain any heat shield fabric on the inside of the leg, so they won’t protect against the high heat thrown off by the motorcycle engine and exhaust, and they are not waterproof. They are meant to be worn under pants, but they have a ventilated crotch, and some people have worn them alone. The sizes are a little tricky as they fit tight but stretch, and customers may have to send them back in case they don’t fit well. Overall, the Bohn All-Season Adventure Armored Riding Pants are a great investment for anyone looking to protect their legs while riding a motorcycle.
