Wiseco Pistons Editorial Review

The Wiseco PK1177 Top End Kit for KX65 includes all necessary parts needed for a complete piston replacement. Some customers were confused about missing parts, but the kit does include base and head gaskets and needle bearings from the rod to the piston. Although some customers encountered different looking pistons, it is normal and the kit is compatible with 2018 KX65 models. Most reviewers were very satisfied with the product, stating that it was easy to install and fit their bikes perfectly, resulting in excellent power and compression. One reviewer even got 107 hours of hard riding out of their previous Wiseco piston with no wear or tear. However, one customer received a kit with a manufacturing defect, and their second ring groove was not properly formed, rendering the kit unusable. Overall, the Wiseco PK1177 Top End Kit is an excellent choice for KX65 riders who need a complete replacement piston.
