I noticed one of the legs doesn't touch the ground and it wobbles. Has anyone got an issue like this?
Answer: This could be due to the surface it is sitting on not being flat or the unit being damaged. In both cases, accurate readings may not be obtained. -

Is this accurate at all?
Answer: These scales are for multiple users with phone connectivity. If you need to monitor your weight combining other information like BMI, then they're worth the extra cost. If you just need to check your weight occasionally, go for a simpler option. -

As these scales are advertised as a medical device, can I claim VAT exemption?
