- Manufacture-recommended mix-ratio of (38 parts water to 100 parts) Ultra Cal 30 by weight, with an average setup time of 25-35 minutes when manually mixed
- Should not be used for making molds enclosing any part of the body due to the rapid and highly alkaline chemical reaction that occurs when mixed with water
