Each potentiometer comes with the necessary hardware - 2 nuts & dress washer - for easy installation.
Please note that this potentiometer is not suitable for use with import guitars. Additionally, it has a 3/8 bushing, so when installing on a Strat or other through pickguard mount, make sure to use the second nut as a spacer under the pickguard. This will ensure that your knobs are seated close to the body or allow the potentiometer to match pots using a 1/4 bushing.
