Can work in a medium. 〠Working principle 】 Pneumatic diaphragm pump is powered by compressed air, according to1:1 Pressure ratio is designed. The pneumatic diaphragm pump has two chambers and two working chambers, and the diaphragms are installed between the two chambers and working chambers, connected to each other through an intermediate shaft. When the diaphragm pump is ventilated, the gas first enters an air chamber. At this time, the diaphragm suddenly expands outward, and the working chamber space on this side instantly becomes smaller. Therefore, a squeezing motion is performed, and the liquid is discharged from the working chamber. At the same time, the diaphragm on the other side undergoes a contraction motion due to the tension of the intermediate shaft, causing the working chamber space on the other side to instantly increase and generate suction force, which sucks the liquid into the working chamber. Through the continuous ventilation and exhaust of the directional valve and distribution valve, the diaphragm pump continues to perform reciprocating motion, thus achieving the function of pumping liquid. The conversion of air is achieved through the piston inside the air distribution valve. When the piston moves to one end, the air is discharged to one end, and when it moves to the other end, the air is discharged to the other end.
