They say if you buy other than apple cords to charge your apple product, will it damage the battery and product long term?
Answer: That may or may not be true. It is not something to experience and verify/ not verify over night. Unless someone does an experiment on a good number of non apple chargers and apple chargers, it cannot be confidently said that the battery was damaged because of using a different cord than the apple one. It's better not to believe what APPLE or other companies/people want us to believe without proper reasoning. -
Question:
Will the fingerprint reader still work when plugged in with this cable?
Answer: I haven't used it with a fingerprint reader, but if other cables work, this will work too. -

Does this product have a regular USB to lightning as the picture shows, or USB C to lightning connection as the description says?
Answer: I believe so. I use it in the car to connect to the car Data Port for connecting my Apple phone to the Car's Navigation and other systems, and it works! -

I used the cables in my car to connect to carplay. They seem like quality, but multiple cables disconnect and drop the signal. I can't understand why.
Answer: Same here. They worked fine for a bit, and now they won't charge without fiddling with them. They look like good quality but seem to fail like other cables after a couple of months of usage. -

Answer: I don't have the case, but it does fit the iPhone 6 Plus. If the case has the same opening, there should be no problem. -

In the heading, it says that it's compatible with iPad Pro, but in the full description, that device isn't listed. Will this charge an iPad Pro?
Answer: I'm not sure if it's compatible with the Pro, but it does have the Lightning connector and is compatible with iPad mini 2 & 3.
