Answer: It is not easy to do as you need a reactant that would contain Nitrogen usually in salt form. Then you have to melt the salt, add the sulfuric acid and use some fairly fancy equipment to get your desired product away from the initial mixture. Better to just buy it already made in my opinion. -

What is the Concentration and pH of this solution?
Answer: H2SO4 1.0M (molar concentration) means there is 98.08 g of H2SO4 in 1 L or 1 dm3 of water solution that is around 10% (percentage concentration) pH=1 -

How Does This Effect Skin?
Answer: This should not be used on the skin. It is designed for laboratory use only. -

Do you sell 98 percent sulfuric acid? 18$ for 52.3 milliliters is ridiculous after the cost of distillation.

How well will this dissolve Aluminum? Can this be used on porcelain for a single use?
Answer: Aluminum will react, yes. Dissolution wound take considerable time for a significant quantity. I would test an inconspicuous area of the porcelain first, but most porcelain is highly resistant to all but hydrofluoric acid. The length of exposure is the gating factor.
