  • Question: Can this shelf liner be used on textured surfaces?

    Answer: It is best applied to smooth, clean, and dry surfaces. Textured surfaces should be sanded down before application.
  • Question: How do I clean the shelf liner once applied?

    Answer: You can easily wipe it clean with a damp cloth or sponge.
  • Question: What if I want to apply the shelf liner to a large surface?

    Answer: Make sure to measure the area, cut the liner to size, leaving a 5cm overlap for a secure fit.
  • Question: Can I use this on my garage door?

    Answer: I don't think so. This is wallpaper made for indoor use. It is somewhat water resistant, but I dont think it would hold up well to elements outside. It isn't made for that. It is thin and the adhesive I dont believe would adhere well to a garage door. Also, you would need a lot of this. I purchased it for the top of my Mom's kitchen table, and it barely covered it, I had just enough slack to fold over the edges.
  • Question: Can I use this on my floor?

    Answer: I wouldn't. It's like shelving paper.
  • Question: Does it shine a lot? I'm expecting it to be more like an eggshell shine? And how strong is the adhesive?

    Answer: It is not shiny. It's more like a satin. Adhesive is similar to other contact paper.
  • Question: Do I need special tools to apply or will a normal plastic putty knife suffice?

    Answer: A normal plastic putty knife will work. I used an old plastic credit card and worked with very small sections at a time. You can also us a pin to pop some of the air bubbles.
  • Question: Will it remove the paint if I put it on my cabinets?

    Answer: I am sorry, but I have no idea. I used it to cover poster board and create shelves on racks in my pantry.
  • Question: Has anyone tried using a sealant on this so it lasts?

    Answer: I haven't, but my friend did. Not sure what kind she used but it didnt work well, as it seeped into the paper and faded it. She too used it for a kitchen table.
  • Question: How strong is it? If we talk about the adhesive. And also, does it shine a lot?. I was aiming for matte.

    Answer: Not a serous shine. More like a satin.
  • Question: How big is the roll?

    Answer: It is listed in the description, but not very big. My Mom has a standard sized rectangular kitchen table and we BARELY got this to fit. We had just enough slack on each side to roll over the edges. Her table fits 6 chairs.
  • Question: How well does this blend? I have a 24 x 48 desk I want to use it on. Seems like it goes well from review photos, not sure if there are any tricks?

    Answer: Get the seams as close as possible with out overlapping
