These lights come with plastic stakes, which makes them easy to install in the ground. Unfortunately, they don't come with any hardware to hang them. However, the lantern can be detached from the post, but you'll still have an inch or two post sticking out the back that connects to the post that goes in the ground. The GIGALUMI Solar Powered Path Lights survived WisConsin winter, but some customers reported that the stakes didn't hold up well, likely due to snow removal carelessness.
